Kilkon Ko is a professor of the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University, South Korea. He is also a director of the Asia Regional Information Center, SNUAC, and is the editor-in-chief of the Asian Journal of Political Science. He is specialized in data analytics, program evaluation, policy analysis, and corruption. He has published numerous books and articles including ¡°Mediation & Moderation Effect¡±, ¡°The change of administrative capacity in Korea: contemporary trends and lessons¡±, and ¡°Estimation of Impact of Comprehensive Tests of the COVID-19 in South Korea¡±.
