Hecuba (Ancient Greek: ?κ?βη, Hekab?) is a tragedy written by Euripides in 424 BC. It takes place after the Trojan War but before the Greeks leave Troy (about the same time as another Euripides play, The Trojan Women). The central figure is Hecuba, wife of King Priam, former queen of the now fallen city.
