K-콘텐츠에 전 세계인의 관심과 사랑이 집중되고 있다. 우리의 문화가 새롭게 조명되고 있는 것이다. 태권도는 이러한 K-콘텐츠의 근원이라 할 수 있다. 태권도는 우리에게 국기 이상의 의미를 갖는다. ‘태권도 정신’이 우리 내면의 정수로서 자리 잡고 있기 때문이다. 『태권도 산책』은 45개의 칼럼을 통해 우리가 미처 알지 못했던 태권도의 의미에 주목한다. 품새나 시범, 겨루기 등을 통해 태권도가 지닌 화려한 멋을 알고 있는 사람은 많다. 하지만 그 안에 담긴 진정한 가치, 즉 맛을 아는 이는 드물다. 태권도의 멋과 맛을 두루 알 수 있는 한 권의 책을 권한다.
