Summary
When Harvey falls overboard on a transatlantic steamer, he is rescued by a fishing boat and taken aboard "We're Here", a fishing boat operating in the Grand Banks off the coast of Newfoundland.
In the issue of "We're Here," Harvey learns the ways of fishing and the harsh realities of life at sea. He is initially spoiled and entitled, but through his experiences with the crew he also learns the value of hard work, courage and self-reliance. Along the way, he forms a close bond with Disko Troop, the tough but fair captain of the ship, and develops a sense of respect and camaraderie with the other sailors.
