Flaubert's Travels to Brittany is a travelogue by Flaubert written in 1847. This travelogue is based on the diaries written by Flaubert and his friend Maximian while traveling in Brittany.

Flaubert was deeply interested in the nature and culture of Brittany, and his travelogues are filled with rich observations and descriptions of the region's history, flora, fauna, and local people's lives.
This travel record had a great influence on Flaubert's later works. For example, in "Madame Beauvari" and "Cecchany", he well reflected the characteristics of the terrain, culture, and people of Brittany.
In addition, this travel record is also evaluated as contributing to Flaubert's emphasis on the importance of nature and the environment in his works. This travelogue of Flaubert's style and literary skills is one of the works that played an important role in helping him be recognized as a master of modern French literature.
