지난 40여 년간 한국행정판례연구회는 이론과 실무가 한 자리에 모여 연구와 토론을 계속하여 왔으며 그 결과물로 매년 2회 한국연구재단 등재학술지인 『행정판례연구』를 발간해 오고 있다. 이번에 출간되는 학회지 『행정판례연구』 제27집 제2호는 그간 월례발표회에서 발표된 판례평석과 일반논문 총 10편이 엄정한 심사결과를 거쳐 게재되었다.
