The Boyar people, who settled in Flamme 60 years ago with the encouragement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have been struggling to cultivate the barren planet, but recently the Aga Kagan tribe entered the planet armed and a territorial dispute is occurring.
However, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs was reluctant to intervene, saying that the situation had changed, and called on the Boyars to cooperate with the Aga Kagan. Retief requested military intervention, but was refused, and instead compromised by sending a letter of protest.
Retief, who returned to Flamme, conveyed the attitude of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Chief Georges Boyar. As the Aga Kagan's atrocities continued, the Boyar tribe organized a vigilante group and prepared to respond by force... ..
