『Pictorial Chosen and Manchuria』는 일제강점기 일본이 우리나라에 세운 최초 은행 ‘조선은행’에서 창립 29주년 기념으로 제작 발간한 앨범집으로 우리나라 전 분야의 상세한 기록을 사진과 함께 소개하고 있는 책이다. 조선은행이 설립한 지 10여 년간의 조사를 거쳐 수집한 것으로 놀라운 발전을 기념하기 위해 1919년에 발간한 것이다.
