In summary, the book is composed of four parts, each with three chapters. The researchers involved in the production of this book collaborated to present a range of concerns and views. In this sense, we hope it is a book that asks questions and provokes thought rather than simply providing answers and conveying knowledge. SSK(Social Science Korea) Research Cluster of JEJU National University has been funded by NRF(the National Research Foundation of Korea) and has been conducting research programs since 2011. JEJU is an island located in the south of the Republic of Korea and has abundant natural resources. So we call JEJU ¡°the island of the Commons.¡± This book is all about the question of how co-researchers combine their academic topics from their disciplines with commons studies. Therefore, the way in which authors understand the concept of the Commons and CPRs, and the way in which they evaluate the implications and possibilities of the commons theory are different. Every time the concepts of the commons or commons appear in this book, the implications of the terms slightly change and evoke new issues. This manner of thinking can be considered a step forward for the authors. We hope that this means moving closer to the readers and Korean society, and toward ¡°commoning¡± and regaining our future.
