A long, long time ago, monkeys lived on
top of the Flower and Fruit Mountain.
At the peak of the mountain was a strange, large stone.
One day… Boom! Crack!
With the sound of thunder and a bolt of lightning,
the large stone split in two.
A monkey stepped out of the stone.
“Do not be afraid. I am not a monster.”
“Then, please be our king.”
The monkey that came out of the stone became the Monkey King.
