"Willing to Die" by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu is one of the last novels the author wrote. Unlike typical bizarre novels, this novel is a psychological story that combines thriller and romance elements.
This novel doesn't have many grotesque scenes, but the thriller atmosphere and the romantic story are harmoniously combined. This book, like Panu's other works, has a well-constructed story and deep character.
